Dutch Barn Builders, LLC provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 50 ODOMETER miles from the nearest Dutch Barn Builders, LLC Sales Location.
Set up does not include leveling. For an additional fee, the portable building can be leveled with treated wood blocks provided by the delivery driver; or suitable concrete blocks available at the site and provided by Dutch Barn Builders...
RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plans allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.

What is the normal lead time for storage shed delivery?
Average lead time on deliverable sheds can range from 1 - 2 weeks.
Is block leveling included in my delivery?
Block leveling is not a standard in delivery unless leveling was purchased when shed order was placed.
Can you deliver anything over 14' wide?
The short answer is no unless purchasing a deliverable double wide garage that is standard 24' wide. In that special case, our double wide garages are split in (2) 12' sections for delivery.
